Conditions of use, the legal basis of public display and data-processing information.
1. Purpose and legal basis
This platform publishes the technical cadastre documents resulting from systematic registration works, under art. 11 of the Cadastre and Land Registration Act no. 7/1996: public display is a mandatory stage of the procedure, meant to inform interested persons and to enable rectification requests within the legal display period.
Processing of personal data contained in the displayed documents relies on art. 6(1)(c) and (e) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation and the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
2. Data on display
Published documents (alphabetical index of holders, cadastral register, Annex 18 excerpts, cadastral plans) may contain: holder names, the parcel identifier (ID), cadastral number, area, address and the deeds underlying the registration. Every document visibly carries its display period.
3. Conditions of use
By using the platform you agree to use the displayed data solely for information purposes and for exercising your legal rights; not to bulk extract, index, republish or reuse the personal data displayed; and not to disrupt the platform. Downloading is allowed only for Annex 18 excerpts.
4. Data-subject rights
Rectification is exercised through the platform’s rectification request within the display period. You may also exercise the right of access, lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro), and object within the limits allowed by the legal basis of the display.
5. Cookies
Necessary cookies: pnccf_terms, pnccf_consent (12 months — remember your
choices). Statistics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, Google Analytics, up to 24
months) are set only with your explicit consent; refusing them does not
limit access in any way. Change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in
the footer.
